Leadership Development and Executive Coaching

Welcome executives, managers, aspiring executives and managers, leaders and wannabe leaders! The more executive coaching clients I see, the more I am convinced that there are key lessons that I missed along the way, making my journey to success longer than it needed to be. What I learned in my extensive executive coaching training was that during my 30 years as a CEO with various highly-regarded organizations, I had been a “Coaching Manager/Executive.” I also learned that the concepts and style I developed had a name: Emotionally-Intelligent Management/Leadership.

With my unique education as a lawyer and a social worker plus 3 decades of experience, I want to use the wisdom I have gained to help my fellow managers and executives. I have found some shortcuts and strategies that will help you develop as a manager, leader and, yes, even as a partner and parent.   1. I was talking with Bob Ketch today about developing and refining my skills to be ready for the CEO position when he retires. He mentioned your consulting work and gave me the information about your website. I would be interested in having an exploratory converstion about what you offer so I can begin to craft a plan for next year.
